🛍 Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.

✨ Step 2: Customisation & Preparation (1–3 Business Days)

Each PETITE LIGHT item is made especially for you.

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully personalise and prepare your item.

🔔 You may receive a shipping confirmation email within 24–48 hours of ordering.
At this stage, your tracking may show “processing.”

This is completely normal - it simply means your item is still being customised and finalised.

🚚 Step 3: Shipping (5–12 Days)

Once your customisation is complete, your order will begin its journey to you.

Shipping typically takes 5–12 days, depending on your location.

Once your item is dispatched:

• Tracking will update

• You’ll see movement in the system

• Delivery progress will begin

💌 Important to Know

If your tracking shows “processing” during the first few days, there’s no need to worry.
This just means we’re putting the finishing touches on your custom piece before it ships.
