Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components are included

  • The item shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration

To initiate a return, customers must contact us first to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Any damage incurred during return transit may result in a partial refund or denial of refund

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund Process

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If the return meets our eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the return, or

  • Issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products, digital frames, or electronic items once opened or used

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Due to the nature of digital and electronic products, all sales are final once accessed or activated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process outlined above.

Policy Compliance

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms.
